Thaila leaned Heavily on Matt, dragging his feet as he was barely able to think of anything, "Damnit.."

Merith paused for a second as Matt continued to slice harsh tones towards him. His gaze flickered away from him again to hide the guilt in his face. He didn't know exactly what he meant by 'beginning,' and was relieved when Asher told the unhurt to leave, giving him an excuse to collect his thoughts. "I.. should explain when everyone can listen..." he mumbled, walking out in a sheepish manner.

"Am i going to have to carry you?" Matt shifted his weight to lift Thalia off his feet. He still felt a bit crap himself but it was no worse than being a little drunk or hungover. It would pass he was sure.

Heny sat back down, having pratically turning into a cry baby with the throbbing pain.

Asher sighed with relief as the crowd began to dissipate. He was really starting to understand why Kay was such a prickly sort of medic.
He scanned Kay and Starr, and concluded that they would be all right once the drugs wore off. He set some water by their beds in case they were thirsty once they were thinking coherently again, and turned his attention to Heny. "How are you feeling?" he asked gently.

"Whatever the hell they used...it fucked up my telepathy." He complained.

Starr took the water, drinking it fairly quickly. Tranquilizers had that effect on her, especially strong ones.

"I expect that may have been the intention." Matt sighed. Why couldn't Merith have blown up this planet? It wouldn't have been a loss. He felt a stab of guilt for thinking that, and sighed again. "Still... " He forced a smile. "You put up a heck of a fight."

"Don't like it when people threaten those I care for.." He mumbled.

"D'aaaw you care about me. Here I was thinking I was just being used." He chuckled, clearly joking. "I think YOU need to rest up, sleep that crap outta your system. so... who's room's closer?"

"Y-yours.."he mumbled, keeping his eyes shut from the painfully bright lights.

"P-pain.." Heny whimpered.

"Well then... " Matt carried Thalia back to his room then, which wasn't nearly as tidy as the Keeper's. Mostly because Matt didn't really give a crap. It wasn't messy as such, just a little chaotic.

"Lights...down...please.." He begged, not caring about the mess.

Matt helped Thalia to bed and made sure the lights were dimmed. He sat beside him and softly stroked the Keeper's hair. "Try to get some rest okay?"

Kay pulled himself up and looked at Heny. He looked pretty doped up, but he also looked concerned for her and extremely frustrated he couldn't think straight enough to help her. It was a weird sensation, he could mostly think, but thoughts were slow and sluggish and didn't seem to be getting to the rest of his body. Forming actual sentences was particularly difficult, which meant he was going to be pretty useless till this crap got out of his system.

He weakly nodded and softly grasp matt hand, "I-I'll try."

Matt squeezed his hand gently and just sat with him quietly, stroking his hair till he either told him to stop it, or went to sleep.

The latter came as thaila passed out again.

"I'll get you a dose of painkiller #2," Asher said gently, "It's not very strong, but it'll ease the pain a bit. And it won't harm your child either."

Shane looked at Ellie then over to where Merith had gone. He was curious about the keeper and what had happened to him

Mourn had gotten bored of sleeping and gone off to find food, apparently there was some drama going on, judging by the way people were running about and making a fuss but he ignored them. There was always drama here, so long as it didn't involve him, he didn't care.
