Upon Vestia: Chapter Four

As they made it back to Vestia Heny would of dozed off in her chair, semi curled up. Vestia greeted them but seem slightly annoyed about something.

"What's... what's happening to him?" Asher asked, instantly worried. As usual, he couldn't hear a thing. He picked up the incubator, in case he needed to go somewhere quickly.

Shane flinched and put a hand to his head and looked around "where did Kay go?" He asked, feeling a little lost.

Skye and Moone winced, reaching to cover their ears. Neither girl had been prepared for that.

Starr came in, flying down the hallway once she was in to get to Kay

Matt was already on his feet. "stay here kids! Vestia! What's going on??!"

Kay rounded on the bird man. "Get... out... of my room... ." He hissed, he didn't seem to realize he was actually talking. He was too drunk and enraged to really be aware of anything, except this overwhelming desire to rip that damn man's throat out.
He'd kinda run out of things to throw now though, so instead he just lunged at Corvus.

The mirror appeared within the shuttle bay, glowing slightly as it released Heny, her body slipping from it as if she had exited a water slide.

Corvus vanish into the shadows, making Kay face plant the floor.

Asher frowned in worry, but decided he had better stay with the children and the eggs. There were others who could protect Kay much better than he could.

Starr came to the door, opening it and looking in "kay?"

Heny landed with a thud and a yelp, but was too stun to really move as Vestia rapidly inform anyone not busy with Kay of the sudden return.

Shane stopped and turned, wide eyed "what?" He asked then bolted for the shuttle bay again.

"Yes, I don't know how or why." Vestia said, relief.

Ow... that hurt... he hit the ground HARD.
He tried to get up, but his arms were shaking too badly to hold him.
He really didn't have much in the way of coherent though here, just "he's attacking you, defend yourself."
He shuddered, and let out another piercing psychic howl... and collapsed in a heap on the floor.

Matt RAN, and his legs went out from under him as that final scream hit. He cried out and clutched his head. "Damnit Kay..." Nope, had to find him, no matter how much his head was throbbing. "Vestia, where is my brother!??"

Suddenly the mirror released Vanessa, and as she fell out it shattered. The anamcara managed to get on her hands and knees before she hurled out an odd plasma-like substance that shimmered iridescently. "H-He shattered the other side, that fucking bastard!" More coughing, more hurling, "That'll take weeks to heal..."

Mourn watched Shane run off and frustrated yelled after him "What did ship say!???"
Eugh.

Starr winced again before going over to Kay, draping a wing over his back as he lay hunched like that "She, it will be alright, it will work out." She said gently

Matt skidded into the room, eyes wide.
"Kay!" He rushed over.

He was unconcious, a combination of way too much alchohol and expending way too much psychic energy. His nose was bleeding where he'd smacked into the floor.

"What happened?" Matt cautiously approached, he looked terrified. "Is.. is he okay?"

"He was like this when I got here, I don't know. " Starr replied, looking to Matt then the Kay again and leaning close to him "He smells like whiskey..."

Matt frowned "But.. he doesn't drink.. he never drinks. " But nope, she was right. "Get him to the medical room, i'll get the android."

Heny just blink at him dazed, only saying one word. "M-merith.."

Matt turned, eyes narrowed at the bird man. "What the hell did you do to him?!"

Vanessa was greeted by the fox, who quickly and quite literally glomped her despite the nausea she was in. The anamcara still didn't get up, too dazed by the amount of energy she had just expended.

"Sorry, he isn't here."Shane said, carefully picking her up Let's get you to your room"

Starr sighed and shifted "He wasn't himself when Heny was taken. Let's get him to bed so he can sleep it off."

"We don't even know how much of that stuff he drank." Matt protested, still glaring at the bird man. "Something or someone was attacking him. He wouldn't scream if he wasn't in danger. What did you DO?"

Mourn went to go try to find where Skye and Moone were. He wasn't having much luck though, as he couldn't just ask Vestia like everyone else.

"I took the bottle from him, and he tried to attack." Corvus shrugged.

Heny lips trembled, "W-why...w-why won't you guys just let me go!" she cried, trying to struggle free from shane, "Just let me die!"

"They aren't going to kill you, you can be sure of that." Vanessa blubbered as Heny spoke, still trying not to hurl more as he retched and gurgled.

"Give me that" Matt snatched the bottle away so he could get a look at how much was left. He really didn't trust or believe this guy, why should he?

Starr sighed and looked at Matt "If you want to try to get him to throw it up, stay, if you want to spar, go to the sparring room, but do NOT fight here."

Shane held her tighter and shook his head. "We have lost enough already, we are not losing you too." He said, turning to go to her bedroom, her new one after a moment of thought.
