(okay, in brief: The setting is thus. Vampires have just come out to the world, and a fair few of them aren't very happy about it.
There are other supernaturals about, and magic users too, they may or may not be happy about this revelation either.
Setting is London, because screw america centric rps bwhahahah.

Asher Delacroix is a vampire, he has a decent following on Youtube where he posts Vlogs about life as a member of the undead and answers people's questions about his condition. While he wasn't responsible for the outing of vampires, he was one of the earliest British vampires to come out as one publicly.

There are "Enforcers", a vampire police force who till now have been trying to keep the knowledge of the supernatural out of the public eye.

There are werewolves, there's mages/witches, there's ghosts and fae and anything else you want, go for it.)

Lola picked and fiddle at hrr bag in nerves, she wanted this done as simple as that. She nervously looked around wondering where this was at.

It was a pretty nondescript building nestled behind some offices.
Inside it just looked much like a governmental building, till they got downstairs. The ME looked to Lola. "Are you sure you're ready?" He asked.
He was a portly looking latino man with greying hair. He wore glasses and a lab coat over scrubs.

Asher looked to her as well. "Do you want me to come with you or... stay out here?" He asked.

"Stay..please.."She said to asher softly before nodding to the man. "I want to get this done and over with.." Her stomach became a pit.

Asher nodded and the ME opened the double doors and directed Lola to follow him.

She numbly did dreading what she was to see.

There was a sheeted shape on a gurney in the middle of the dim room. He went over, asked her again if she was ready and prepare herself, before pulling the sheet back JUST enough for her to see the woman's face.

Lola let out this chocking sob as she covered her mouth, swallowing the bile that built up she barely chocked out the words to confirm who that was before having to turn away.

He nodded and covered the body up again. "I'm sorry." he spoke softly and wrote something down on his clipboard before escorting her back outside. "Personal belongings will be returned to you as soon as possible, but as an ongoing investigation, it may be a while. This officer would like to speak to you about the case."

The cop who'd been waiting looked sympathetic. "I'm sorry for your loss" She told Lola.

She nodded, wiping away the tears. "L-lets get this over with.." She muttered softly, her face a greenish tinge after seeing that.

Asher would of course go with her, and sit and wait while she gave a statement to the police. Standard sorts of questions, would anyone want to hurt her, so on and so forth.

Lola kept calm and would give the answer nearly all witches were trained on that subject, saying no to people wanting to harm her and so forth. There was too much risk saying otherwise, and it what they been condition to say.

Asher waited for her, he wasn't totally comfortable sitting here in a police station. There was a drunk guy screaming on the other side of the room and a women hurling abuse at anyone who looked at her. Man, busy night.

The cop would just take down notes, honestly given the age of the woman, their current theory was vandalism or a botched robbery. Little old ladies didn't tend to make enemies.

Once Lola was done she would mumble a good and went out to join asher to only see a familiar face. With messy blonde hair pulled backe into a quickie man bun Arthur seemed to be adjusting his glasses to read a file in hand. Pausing in front of her he causally snapped his fingers to where everyone but Lola, Asher, And him were seemly frozen. "The cleaners are already investigating." He told her truthfully, "I am sorry for your lost." For once his flirty manner was gone.

Asher frowned at the half-elf, looking around at everyone else frozen curiously. "neat trick." He mumbled.

"Easier to do that and not make people realize we know each other mr.fangs." Arthur said with a shrug. "While this station is hunter free there some higher ups on the council that is not." He snorted. "Anyway, as of now they are investigating also, I can't say much."

"Not as if they will do much." Lola sighed bitterly, "We all know they will more focus on making better wards then dealing with the issue."

"Indeed, all the covens are on alert. Of course there are questions floating now about you." He remarked, "You are untrained, and as much as I would loved to take you in as a student even I will put aside my desires to forewarn you that the other less desirables will be trying to hook you in. Be careful who you decided as a teacher since we all know the minute you do the balance will shift." He remarked, "Half the covens have already decided they won't risk you, the other half are questioning and trying to decide, good luck either way."

"My name is Asher." The vampire grumbled, being called mr fangs was kinda offensive. He stuck close to Lola, regarding the half elf with suspicion but listening to what he said. No doubt the vampires would have a similar attitude, make sure it doesn't happen again, clean up the mess, business as usual.

"Don't...remind me." She sighed, "Ellen has taken me under her wing until things are sorted out."

Arthur chuckled, "Ah yes, Lady Ellen the mistress of death herself in all aspects. I stayed there once...Does her guests visit you too or was it because she disliked me they decided my room had to be haunted?"

Lola rolled her eyes, "Are we finish?"

He sighed, "Very well, travel safe." With a snap of his fingers time returned and he walked off acting like nothing happened.

Lola rubbed her forehead and looked at Asher, "Ready?" She attempted this weak smile but it couldn't hide the fear within her eyes.

Asher nodded. "Are you okay?" Dumb question, he looked apologetic. "I know, you're not right? But.. what's the plan now? Do you think they'll be waiting for us to go home?" He walked out with her. "What'd you tell the cops?"

"That I don't know who would want to kill her.." she sighed, "And Ellen is letting us stay for now, but it won't last for long gotta find a new place to hide at soon." She nodded to the driver who opened the door for them.

Asher nodded, getting into the car after Lola. "But where else can we go? "

She looked out the window her heart sinking "I...don't know. I mean there is...Arthur's..." she gulped shuddering.

He winced. "Let's agree to that being a last resort. I don't know why, but I don't trust the guy." It was probably Lola's reaction to him, and he'd always taken an intense dislike to guys who continued to harass girls after they'd refused their advances.

"yea, but we are reaching that quickly." Lola sighed, "You know of anyone?" She asked turning to him.

Asher frowned. "Honestly? I don't... really have many non mortal friends. " He pondered. "Maybe the Enforcers could help? But i'm not sure how much more help they'll offer us now, their boss seemed pretty reluctant to agree to my terms in the first place." He sighed. "Unless we can convince them these hunters represent a threat to all supernatural, not just the witches."

She sighed, "Worth a shot.." Lola remarked, "If they don't believe us what the worse that can happen?" she retorted bitterly.

"Good point." Asher looked out the window as they drove. "You think your friend has anything I can eat?" He asked. Without access to his flat, he was without his usual regular meals. A whole day without eating was starting to get to him a bit.

"Probably, blood is used in alot of death arts." Lola said with a shrug. "You gonna contact the enforcers then?"
