(okay, in brief: The setting is thus. Vampires have just come out to the world, and a fair few of them aren't very happy about it.
There are other supernaturals about, and magic users too, they may or may not be happy about this revelation either.
Setting is London, because screw america centric rps bwhahahah.

Asher Delacroix is a vampire, he has a decent following on Youtube where he posts Vlogs about life as a member of the undead and answers people's questions about his condition. While he wasn't responsible for the outing of vampires, he was one of the earliest British vampires to come out as one publicly.

There are "Enforcers", a vampire police force who till now have been trying to keep the knowledge of the supernatural out of the public eye.

There are werewolves, there's mages/witches, there's ghosts and fae and anything else you want, go for it.)

Okay, weird musical choice. Asher was a little too distracted trying to make sure Lola was still breathing.
Mitchell continued to try to syringe tea into her mouth but gave up after a while. Nope, unconscious people really didn't want tea.

A little did make it down though, and her fever did go down slightly. While she was still breathing it was labored. Soon the SUV came to a park in a mansion driveway. The driver went to open their doors and guide them into the house.

Ellen would be in a bath robe waiting for them with a giant mug of coffee, she would invite the vampires in and lead them to the guest room.

Asher nodded, thanking Ellen repeatedly as he carried Lola to the guest room. Mitchell on the other hand, looked like he didn't really care much and followed at a sedate pace.

It was obvious Ellen was loaded as she showed them the luxury guest room with queen size bed, "Is she able to drink on her own?" She inquired, putting down the mug before pulling out assortment of medical supplies just in case.

Mitchell shook his head, standing to one side and folding his arms. "She's totally out."

Asher looked to Ellen desperately. "They killed her grandmother, and then she started to burn. " He could still see the flames around her, that nobody else could see.

She sighed, "IVs it is then. Lay her on the bed please..and I know vampire I can see it too, her soul is in torment at this very moment. Trying to adsorb thousands of years of generation magic isn't easy, specially if the young ones aren't ready for it."

"Is she going to be alright?" Asher asked, doing as he was told.

"She should be." The female put the IVs in, hanging up two bags one of liquids and one of a odd black liquid. "This should help keep her liquids up and give her extra magical strength. By the morning she should at least start waking, you two may stay if you wish I have black out curtains on all the windows for my..other guests that come at times."

"other guests?" Asher couldn't help but ask.

Mitchell just shrugged. "I'm not staying. " Truth be told, he had absolutely no desire to be here when the sun came up. Besides which, he had things to do.

"I deal in the death arts." Ellen grinned, "Assortment of the undead come and go here.." She looked at Mitch and shrugged, "Very well, just tell my driver where to drop you off at."

Mitchell nodded.

Asher frowned. "You're just leaving then?"

"There's no point in me standing here all night. I've got a shop and an apartment to stake out, you really think they won't come looking for you two? Hopefully we can shake them off the trail. In the meantime, trust me to do my job and you look after your girlfriend."

"Don't care." Mitchell strolled out.

Asher sat beside Lola, watching her worriedly.

By the time mitch would get to the flat there would be a very brutally dead chicken.

Lola fever would slowly go down through the night, and like Ellen stated early morning she slowly started to come to. Her eyesight blerry she tried to figure out where she was.

Well given he couldn't enter the flat, he'd just stake out the locations from outside, watching carefully those who came and went. Later he'd meet with his boss to discuss the mansion fire.

Asher had sat with her all night, quite clearly fretting about his friend. He looked relieved as she finally came to.

Ellen would pop in causally with a trash basket, just in time as Lola face turn green and she hurled into it. "Wh-where am I..?" She asked weakly.

"We didn't know what to do, so I called Ellen." Asher explained.

"Better her then Arthur.."she weakly mused as Ellen checked her vitals.

"Ann should be hear shortly with broth soup, think if need be you can help her eat it?" She asked Asher before looking wt Lola with a chuckle, "We both know now he gonna be sniffing closer now in hopes of a alliance."

"He can fuck off.." Lola grumbled.

"Yeah kinda got that impression from your little drawing." Asher smiled softly and nodded at Ellen's question.

Ellen nodded, heading to leave. Shortly after Anna would enter with a tray, a big bowl of broth soup on it. "i would do it myself but even a witch has to work" she sighed.

Lola slowly manage to pull herself up to sit, but her face was obviously drained. "S-sorry about last night.."

"Lola, it wasn't your fault." Asher smiled gratefully to Anna and took the bowl from her.

"I know but still...sorry.." She felt her lip trembled, "S-she really..gone."

Ann looked at her pitifully before leaving those two alone.

Asher lowered his head. "I'm so sorry."

"Why..?" She mumbled as the tears shed, "why...she never..she never did anything wrong.."

Asher reached out his free hand to comfort her, still holding the soup. "Because these people are monsters. "

By night fall Lola was well enough to go to the morgue, Ellen would make sure they had the driver with them. Nervously she waited with this sicken look to see the remains.

Asher was doing all he could to be good moral support, but honestly this was pretty horrendous. At least he'd never had to identify a loved one's body, he couldn't begin to imagine the awful.

The medical examiner was waiting for them when they arrived, along with a grim faced police officer who escorted them downstairs to the morgue.

Lola picked and fiddle at hrr bag in nerves, she wanted this done as simple as that. She nervously looked around wondering where this was at.

It was a pretty nondescript building nestled behind some offices.
Inside it just looked much like a governmental building, till they got downstairs. The ME looked to Lola. "Are you sure you're ready?" He asked.
He was a portly looking latino man with greying hair. He wore glasses and a lab coat over scrubs.

Asher looked to her as well. "Do you want me to come with you or... stay out here?" He asked.
