Mars City Five

The ship would be connected to a folding tunnel that curved underground, allowing passengers to move though the spaceport without breathing Martian atmosphere. Starr and Asher would be able to follow that to a larger hallway equipped with moving walkways, which would eventually lead them to the spaceport exit, and into the massive biodome that contained Mars City Five.
There would be quite a lot of androids around, guiding visitors, or otherwise busy. They had shiny "MegaBrainTech Android" badges, and looked very official.

"It's always interesting to be home," commented Asher, "I don't think I like it."

Starr chuckled softly and looked to him "Well, we shouldn't be here long. Just have to get the paperwork done and we should be able to leave" She said then looked ahead again, "We just have to find the main offices"

"Very true," he agreed, leading her toward the main building, where the offices were. "Starr, updating my file should take five minutes, max. If it takes longer, that means that they've unexpectedly decided to download my memories anyway. I don't know how you should respond should that happen, but I think you should be prepared just in case."

"They said 30 minutes when i called." Starr said with a frown as they went inside, "I hope that is more the paperwork than the programing."

"Paperwork might take a while, and copying my memories in full would take more than a half hour," Asher said. "We'll just have to see what happens, I suppose."
A pretty, red-haired android hurried over, flashing a warm smile at Starr. "Hello, my name is Emma. Judging by the android you've brought in today, am I correct in assuming that you're the one who wants to buy him?"

Starr followed, glancimg to Asher as they approacjed the door. She hoped this went smoothly and quickly since she wanted to get back to Vestia

Emma left, and Nathaniel looked up and smiled at Starr. "The mainframe, Celia, says you appear to be on a tight schedule. Shall we make this quick, then?"

"Yes, please." Starr said and smiled at him as she came in to take a seat.

"Right. You'll need to scan your ID and prepare the money transfer. Asher, could you link yourself to the computer, please?"
Asher blinked at being addressed so politely, but did what he was told without comment.

Starr nodded and pulled out her ID for this form, the reason she had assumed it, then scanned it for them. She could authorize the transaction quickly enough from here.

Hello, Asher, the computer said, speaking through the data cable.
Celia? he asked, startled.
Call me sentimental, but I like to talk to my siblings before I send them away for ever, she told him, And to be honest, I'm very curious about this girl who decided to buy you.
He didn't respond.
You're trying to hide something from me, she noted, Unusual.

Androids don't hide things from me, normally. I'm not going to pry, I'm just... Interested. Loyalty? Friendship? Most androids never get to evolve that far.
Just update my file, he told the mainframe.

The old information was overwritten, and the new file replaced it.
"Transfer complete," Asher said to Starr.

Star glanced to him and smiled "That was fast, good." She said then looked to nathan agian, hoping the rest would be fast as well.

Nathaniel watched the computer monitor for a few seconds, then nodded. "Everything is in order. You're good to go."
"Thank you, Sir," Asher said politely.

"Thank you. " Starr said and stood up then looked to Asher. "We are done here then, we can return to the others and see what comes from that."

Asher nodded, looked up at the cameras that lined the walls, and shivered. "That would be sensible."

Star smiled and started for the door, waiting only for Asher now that the transaction was finished and they could leave.She had her things, ready to get back again

He followed her quickly, even though that was silly. If the computer decided they were worth stopping, she could lock down the hallways far faster than they could run.
Of course, the computer let them leave the building without a fight. She had far bigger matters to attend to, such as brainstorming the next series of androids, and researching Vestia.

Starr sighed once they left the building and were headed back to Vestia. "I am glad that is over with, now we can find out what else is going to happen, since it seems that something happens whenever we land."

As they walked back to Vestia they would see a black woman on a com speaking in some language that most would think would be dead. She held this annoyed look as her direction headed towards Vestia.

The android laughed. "With our luck, someone will probably turn into a guinea pig, or get arrested for driving a shuttle drunk." He noticed the woman heading for Vestia, and frowned in concern. "Do you know her?"

"She must be this 'Isara ' the child called for when she came out." Starr said, frowning at the woman. "She will have a fight if she hurts the child now."

Thaila Would be waiting on the ramp and gave a respectful, yet somewhat fearful head bow to Isera knowing very well that look of death as they spoke quietly to each other..
