Ellie watched Shane suspiciously. Was he trying to teach her things again? Hmm.

Dawn heard the water run to fill the glass and pushed up on one arm, reaching for the cup "Water helps" She said quietly

Esk nodded. "So does sleep. " And not being carried mostly naked into medical offices, thank you VICKY eugh. He was still pissed off about that okay?

Ellie shrugged. "Where there's a will, there's a way, right?"

"Ellie," Asher said, trying to look serious, "Maybe you should consider... Not making assumptions about people's relationships. Sometimes people are just friends, really. Like me and Matt. Or me and Starr."

"Sometimes I'm right though," Ellie pointed out. "I have a feeling about this time."

Dawn drank the glass of water then lay down and burrowed again, trying to sleep

Kay rolled his eyes and handed her the pills. He figured they'll talk to Dawn later, getting blind drunk seemed pretty unlike her but what'd they know, they barely knew the girl.

Ellie took the painkillers, saluted, and headed off to find Dawn, asking directions from Vestia on the way.

Kay frowned, well that was weird. [Dawn hungover?] He looked at Asher in disbelief. Of all the people he thought they'd be dishing out painkillers to this morning.

Esk went to the door and opened it, standing in the open doorway as he waited for Ellie to show up.

"Either she's more of a party animal than she lets on, or she had a depressing evening," Asher said. "Either way, I doubt she and Esk are in any sort of relationship."

"I have painkillers," Ellie stage whispered as she came in, "be happy, Friends!"

Kay shook his head. [Whatever's going on with them, it's none of our business anyway.] He sat down at his desk and brushed some glitter off the desktop. [Great, now Ellie's shedding glitter too.]

"great..." Esk sounded less than enthused. He gestured she should put them down on the bedside table. "Feel better." He told Dawn flatly.

Asher nodded in agreement. "True."
He looked at the purple glitter, "At least it's not us this time?"

Ellie set down the painkillers as directed, looking proud of herself.

[Told you it would spread. It's a plague.] Kay smirked. [Think she'll start believing she's had some sort of tryst with us and just can't remember it now?] He joked.

Dawn stirred again and peeked out at them before taking the pills and water to take them before hiding away again. She would sleep for a while to recover

Asher laughed. "It's possible she'd reach that conclusion. Let's make sure we don't get purple glitter on us, okay? I'm not sure I'm emotionally prepared for rumors like that."

Ellie sneaked out to leave Dawn alone. "Did you guys do it?" She asked Esk.

Esk closed the door and walked with Ellie, he shot her a baffled and annoyed look. "What?"

Kay smiled. [Well it would make a change from the usual rumors about me I guess. ] Poor ridiculous Ellie.

"You and Dawn. Did you do it?" Ellie giggled. "You know," she wiggled her fingers.

"Yes, I suppose it would." Asher looked very amused. "I really don't know what anyone would think if they believed it."

Esk stared at Ellie coldly. "Don't be an idiot." He told her dully.

[Damn, I might have to actually officially come out again, that sounds tedious. ] Kay looked amused. [I don't think anyone believes anything Ellie says anymore, which is a bit of a shame, One day she'll be right and none of us will realize.]

"Was that a yes or a no?" Ellie said. She was a bit of an idiot after all.

"Your reputation in shambles, you'd have to rebuild it entirely. How terrible," said Asher mournfully. "She was right once, so we know she is sometimes."

Rigel came out of his door, stopping when he saw Ellie and Esk. What was going on this morning?

Esk glared at her and muttered something under his breath which was probably a series of expletives. He looked mad.

Kay smirked and nodded. [she hardly has the best track record though. I wouldn't bet on her.]

Ellie waved at Rigel. "Good morning, man!"

"Yes, some of her guesses are a tiny bit off," Asher agreed.

"Morning" Rigel said and waved to the two

Esk grunted a vague reply and rubbed his aching neck irritably. "I'm going to bed." He told them, and headed off up the corridor.

Kay nodded. [Still, you think Dawn's alright? ]

Asher shrugged, "I have no idea. We should probably check on her later."

Amazingly, Ellie realized gossiping to Rigel would be a dumb idea. She grinned at the guy, "Don't bother Dawn for a couple hours!"she said, turning to skip away.

Rigel blinked at that then looked to his niece's door then back to Ellie and Esk as they retreated. He shook his head and headed to get breakfast.

Esk went back to his room, collapsed into bed and tried to get to sleep. Eugh. Yeah, chairs were not good places to sleep.

Matt was eating breakfast in the dining hall, unlike Ellie he wasn't wearing his silly hat but he did have glitter in his hair. Orange and purple glitter, with some blue sprinkled in for good measure. Yep.

Rigel saw Matt and waved at him then frowned "Ok, what's with the glitter?" He asked as he went to get his meal
