Detailed Physical Description: Professor Hewitt is a short, hunched, elderly Aketi. “He” walks with a stoop and his form could best be described as “gnarled”. His skin is a dull green tone with yellowing patches, his “hair” is actually a knotted tangle of fleshy roots and elongated thorny leaves. These leaves and roots trail down his neck and back and nearly reach the floor.
Like all Aketi he has a distinctly insectoid look to his body shape, with grasshopper-like legs, elongated arms and only three fingers on each hand and two toes on each foot. His neck is overlong and there are small insectoid wings on his back.
He has antennae, a sort of rigid crest at his forehead and ears that curl into points.
His eyes are overlarge with a black sclera and vividly green iris.
There are natural darker green and yellowish markings on his crest and cheeks, a sort of abstract stripe and dot pattern.

Typical Clothing/Equipment: An eclectic mishmash of drab sort of accidemical clothing. Think librarian or boring professor sort of clothing. Lots of blazers with elbow patches.

Personality/Attitude: Crotchety old man. (yeah will add to this as it happens lol)

Skills/Talents: Astrophysics, science and all that nice factual observable stuff.

Strengths:

Weaknesses: Magic. Aketi do not trust magic, it drives them crazy trying to rationalize. They don't like just accepting things, they're naturally inclined to figure out how everything works, but they don't understand magic and this frustrates them no end.
