Hytar's Ship

Vicky was busy setting up her quarters, after some negotiations and the like she had join Hytar group for a while. Busily she set up her gaming system, though knew since the new upgrade she wouldn't be playing all night. While many races found sleep annoying she found it delightful being able to do it now.

(I'm up for a timeskip. I think Hytar's ship was scheduled to catch up with the others around Terra, but no reason we can't sync time up at least)

(yeah synch up at space station for resupply? they need supplies for the other ship and to do repairs)

MAY 30, 2790

The convoy would arrive at a small space station at the edge of Terran Empire space. Both ships were probably pretty low of supplies by this point, and the chance to get something edible, as well as fuel and repairs for the ships, would be welcome.

Tala was happy for the chance to get some fresh salad, but being the responsible giant cow lady she was, she was focusing on making sure the rescued slaves were safe first.

The ships would dock, and the mechanics would get to work fixing up the damage to the ships.

As the crew was prepping to do the much needed shopping another person was on the station. Silver eyes looking at the docking brackets she arched the brow at the name of one of the ships, she softly hummed a tune while fiddling with the machine. Slight type here, a little tap there and she managed to pull up the ship owner's profile. "Finally found you..." she mumbled, gloved hands putting a chip to upload the info to.

"Nila, you owe me big time." Nikita commented why leaving the computer before the guards too notice of her littlw hack, she wouls wait a bit wanting to speak to the legendary man away from his ship. No need to be shot this early on.

Eleven led one group of engineers on one ship, Lope led the other.
They set to work repairing the extensive damage.

The rest of the crew were given shore leave but strict instructions not to get drunk, not to get arrested and to return in 6 hours time.

Hytar set a guard to watch the specialist and remained on board to fill out some paperwork and supervise the repairs.

Tala would send Shane to order supplies (with instructions to buy kale and lettuce), since Shane could read. Meanwhile she'd guard the star dragons and make sure repairs were going according to plan.

Shane would head to get the supplies and stock up the ship.

The dragons that could took on useful forms to help with repairs, though many stayed inside just to keep an eye on the weak and the eggs. They didn't trust space stations much.

Nikita knew she had a time limit, even if it was annoying and out of her prefer mode she went to Hytar ship though keeping her hands off of any noticeable weapons. No need being shot for a favor, she really didn't feel like explaining to her father how she ended up on a backwater station medical unit. "I requested a audience with the captain of this ship," she flicked a small ship from a pocket in her sleeve, "I have information from a, one may call ally in the same cause that he needs to see. Oh, and before trying to deny it I know he here."

Ariston answered the com, suspicious of course. "Who are you?" He demanded. "The boss doesn't talk to random strangers."

"I go by Nikita, humans butcher my birth name. Now I'm not a stranger." She smirked a bit sarcastically, "I have info that he going to really wanna see, let say the leader of the free colonies even if she finds your methods rather annoying figured you deserve a warning before ending in chains."

Ariston hesitated. "Wait there." He went to talk to Hytar about this strange woman.

After a few minutes the small fire shrouded imp-like figure opened the airlock, bowed his head and invited Nikita aboard. "Weapons please, in the box." He indicated a box next to him. "you can take them again when you leave."

She arched a brow, "Got a bigger box?" The shard asked, rolling her neck in the high leather collar which was a common thing worn by them. "I mean, I can probably get the lil stuff to fit in there, but a woman is a fool to go around arm with small thinga. Also," she held up her wrist to a bracelet, "this is fuse to my wrist, and I personally don't feel like cutting my hand off, it is one of my favorites." For a messager she was quite the sarcastic ass.

Ariston looked exasperated. "All loose weapons in the box, anythig that doesn't fit put beside it." It was going to be a long day wasn't it?

She sighed, and about five minutes later she had filled the box and had about a dozen other random weapons beside it. If she was human there would be questions on how she could carry that much weight, but shards had a knack of being stronger them they appear. "Happy now? You can scan me if you think I have anything else."

Ariston sighed. "Fine, come on." He wasn't much in the mood for this. He was tired. Still, he straightened his tie, adjusted his cuffs and stood up straight. "Right this way." He led her to the boss' office.

She followed, pulling her hair back causally. Nikita didn't do much looking around, no need to be accused of something meaningless.

Hytar sat at his desk and watched Nikita warily as Ariston led her into the room.

"Anything else boss?" Ariston asked.

Hytar shook his head. "thank you Arissston."

"As you wish sir." the imp-like man bowed his head, shot Nikita a warning glare and left them alone.

Hytar chuckled. "I don't think he likessss you much."

It was a nice office, it looked really out of place on a space ship. An old wooden desk dominated the room and books and other nicknacks lined the shelved walls. A large tapestry hung behind him, the longer anyone looked at it the more horrifying it became. It depicted abstract figures in various forms of debauchery or outright violence and it seemed to shift and move when observed.

"Probably because of the weapon pile I left." The female shard smirked before pulling out the metal card. "Nila West has a message for you, you both work in the same field obviously and for that she got smell of trouble for you." Nikita removed her glove and activated it, "Sorry since she didn't have your DNA it was coded to mine." She tossed it on the table, it creating a Hologram showing a wanting poster, for him. A few minutes past before a female voice came out.

"Obviously you know nothimg of Shardian politics but you managed to piss off the Dutchess Ferick with you little free slave movement. I'm impressed and a bit annoyed she put your bounty higher then mine but I digress. She has her special goons searching for you, I figure you should be warned before a surpise strikes. I like you, even if your method gives me more work. I would like to work with you in the future, but that would be hard if you are dead"

"This been plastered in every black market, and of course her own special forces have been sent out." Nikita remarked. "Congrats you managed to become more of a walking target."

Hytar looked unphased, it was hardly the first person who'd tried to kill him. "this dutchesssss will have to get in line." He remarked with a smirk. "Why doessss your bosssss care? And how did you track me down?" Hmm, slaves been talking? Maybe he should start using glamours again.

"I have my ways and she has hers. Also not my boss I owed her a favor; the main reason she worries is because she runs the free colonies, y'know a anti slave colony that has a habit of freeing alaves and giving them shelter. Between matthew and Dimitri deaths the black market been in chaos, you pulling your stunts Ferick a little piss over the disruption of her collection." Nikita remarked, "Miss West would love a possible alliance in the future, we all hate slavers even if we may have different methods."

Hytar chuckled. "Sssshe won't be the lasssst, ssslaversss and thosssse who profit from the trade generally don't like it when their indussstry ssstartssss to ssssuffer. But that, isss not my problem." He shrugged. "I've heard talk of thessse free coloniessss, but know thissss, i'm no freedom fighter. " No, he had reasons for doing what he did, but it was mostly petty petty vengeance and justifiable murder more than any real desire to help people.
"I can handle thisss dutchesssss, don't worry about me." it took rather a lot more than special forces to kill a man like Hytar, and he had enemies far far more powerful than some noble.

"Maybe if she didn't have a tracker who made a deal with a demon and another that can control fire. Yeah, I learn the latter one personally." Nikita remarked, "And yeah, you're a demon so anything you do rarely have good intentions but it can still be beneficial for everyone in this play of life."

Hytar tilted his head. "Which demon?" he asked. Fire wasn't a problem, he knew a lot of elementalists, his own daughter was an elementalist. She'd made short work of anyone who tried to use fire against him. But demons? Which of the multitude was making deals with mortals and how desperate were they?

"Dragon base, do you have a paper? My ancient dark shardian is rusty speaking but I can write it." Nikita remarked.
