Upon Vestia: Chapter Eleven

She blinked and nodded, "Yea...?"

Kay looked amused. [I'm surprised you've not been taking more advantage of your condition. Make sure to really emphasize that it's twins as well, for maximum guilt and obligation.] Not that this would work on him, nope.
He nodded to Asher. Damn right.

"Isnt it always the shortest half of a pair the scariest?" She grinned.

Kay lowered his gaze so she couldn't see him laughing and blushing. Oh man, this was terrible.
[As a fellow short person Heny, you should be an expert on never underestimating the little guy... or girl. ] He nodded. Yep, she was vicious when she wanted to be too.

"Or you could act weak and play submissive for a bit and get what you want that way. Why do all the work when someone stronger can?" Heny snickered then looked at Asher, "Eh, havent found the right time to con someone yet sadly

Kay couldn't quite meet Heny's eye now, man it had gotten hot in here right? yes... that was it.

"Need some ice?" Heny asked innocently.

Kay stiffened, set his jaw and tried to keep a straight face. [I'm fine. It's nice to have you in such a good mood tonight.]

She grinned and shrugged, "Been tired of being cooped up in my room, alone and bored." Heny snickered again.

[It's a big ship Heny, i'm sure if you put your mind to it you could find plenty to amuse yourself with.] Kay shook his head, damn her surface thoughts. He was going to blame the hormones, and Merith. Yes, that seemed reasonable. All Merith's fault.
He tried to think of things she could do that didn't involve using her hands. Hmm. Somehow he couldn't picture her sedately sitting and reading a book.

"Nearly all the arcade games equeal use of hands or two people to play." She huffed

"You should ask Vestia to show you the new room she set up sometime," Asher suggested. "You might find it entertaining." He smiled, "I'm sure one or both of us would be happy to come along, too."

Kay glanced to Asher and nodded, he was about to suggest that.

[Would you like to see?]

"Sure, have you two guys tested it out yet?" She grinnes.

Damnit Heny. [It's not THAT sort of room Heny.] Yeah he could see her surface thoughts, damn pregnant woman hormones. Damn Merith.

She laughed uncontrollably at his reaction, "Never say it was!" She replied coyly.

[Your surface thoughts would suggest otherwise.] Kay shot her an amused but accusatory look. [Come on, let's show you.]

She held this fake innocent look, "I have no clue what your talking about~"

"Should I stay here and keep an eye on the med bay while you two go?" Asher asked innocently.

Kay shrugged to Asher. [Technically, you're still off duty till I officially clock off. ]

Heny causally grinned, "off duty huh?" Oh though thoughts were getting worse.

"Spent all day cleaning air filters," Asher said brightly. "It was nice." He decided to come along.

Kay nodded, it was true, Asher had spent the whole day cleaning air filters. [For some reason cleaning puts him in a good mood, go figure.] He smiled back at Asher and tried to ignore Heny's thoughts. Damn you woman!

She grinned deviously, " 'cleaning' always does."

"Sometimes I have to follow my robot instincts," Asher joked. "Yes, cleaning is very good for my mental state."

Kay narrowed his eyes at Heny, ffs woman. He didn't look totally annoyed though. [You REALLY need to find some sort of vent for this] He told her. [Perhaps there's somewhere on the space station you can purchase a "distraction".]

"Remember, no hands." She said sweetly while doing jazz hands at Kay.

Kay shrugged [I'm certain there's some creative alternatives.]
