Random station (where the slavers left Esk and Dawn)

both esk and dawn were dumped on the station, SD had sent them infomation of which planet ti head towards to meet them.

Dawn looked back at the shot, gasping. "Vicky "

Hytar had been expecting Esk to try something like that, but not Vicky. Still, this did mean he had kevlar on. Even so, he crumpled from the shot as it got him square in the chest.

Lope and Abner both immediately drew their weapons and opened fire on Vicky and Esk.

Luka grabbed Dawn and her uncle and dragged them out of the line of fire.

"GET DOWN!" She yelled.

Vicky pulled out that disk and tossed it, suddenly a powerful smoke screen appeared and she drug Esk with her and got the others ti safety. She hissed as one of the shots made contact on her lower back but said nothing as her goal was to get them to SD.

They could hear Lope yelling but they couldn't see a thing through the smoke.

Abner dropped his weapon and went to check on his captain. Hytar was barely concious, but managed a faint. "Now... I wasss not counting on that... huh.. ssstill posssible to ssssuprisssse me." before passing out from his injuries.

His armor had taken the majority of the impact, but not all of it. His two crewmen pulled him to relative safety and would find him medical help. All while cursing that damn cyborg.

Luka stared at Vicky wide eyed. "WHY did you do that?!"

Esk laughed as he was dragged along. "Bastard deserved it."

"I dont condone mass murder." She remarked, "call me funny."

Acus head this confuse look as they came on board, "Dare I ask or should we just take off?"

"Latter please." Vicky panted.

The swarm happily swept around the returned crew. "Back back, stories! must tell us stories!" they cheered.

Luka looked freaked out. "Get them off me."

Esk swatted at the insects.

James had wandered in, and he looked at the crew curiously. "Oh hey, you must be the people I've been hearing so much about."

"Luka take us away from here please." Acus said, walking up to Vicky who started to protest until he forced her to turn to show the gun shot, "He gonna kill you y'know that right?"

"It worth- OW!" She squeeled as Acus lightly touched the torn skin.

"Oh? You didnt turn off pain sensors before-yike!" He jumped back as she turn to swing. "Alright I won't rub it in!"

Luka stared at James. "new crew?" She asked.

"Android." Swarm declared, reforming. robot Medic, janitor. Many skills.

Luka nodded politely and ran off to the cockpit, she'd get them out of there pretty quickly and efficiently.

Dawn looked at Vicky, frowning at her then sighing and going to find a room for her uncle to use

Vicky took a shaky breath, the pain obvious in her eyes, "I'll be in my room.."

"Ahem, about him?" He pointed at Esk.

"He is with me." She remarked.

Esk's eyes narrowed a little at Acus but he raised both hands to show he wasn't a threat. "Given she just shot my father in the chest and his entire crew will probably gut me if they see me again, scratch that, they'll definitely gut me, here was a better option. "

Acus said in a annoyed tone, "Fine, go with her to figure out your room." He remarked to Esk, a headache coming.

Esk gave Acus a wide berth and followed Vicky.
