(okay, in brief: The setting is thus. Vampires have just come out to the world, and a fair few of them aren't very happy about it.
There are other supernaturals about, and magic users too, they may or may not be happy about this revelation either.
Setting is London, because screw america centric rps bwhahahah.

Asher Delacroix is a vampire, he has a decent following on Youtube where he posts Vlogs about life as a member of the undead and answers people's questions about his condition. While he wasn't responsible for the outing of vampires, he was one of the earliest British vampires to come out as one publicly.

There are "Enforcers", a vampire police force who till now have been trying to keep the knowledge of the supernatural out of the public eye.

There are werewolves, there's mages/witches, there's ghosts and fae and anything else you want, go for it.)

The vixen let out a harsh "Ha!" and stood, easily bounding to the top of the fence between them with a supernatural grace that made her appear to float instead of leap. She easily balanced there, folding the bread between her two tails and cuddling it next to a large orb that twinkled with six lights, as if it had captured half a dozen stars. She nestled herself down easily, "If I had wanted food, I would have taken a liver already. Not that I could eat you, though. I don't think my kin has ever had a good time eating the flesh of a blood sucker."

She smiled at him, and though her words seemed almost malicious, the brightness in her gaze signaled she didn't intend any real harm. She wondered if the vampire knew about her kin. Did any of them? Or were they as much a myth to them as humans thought? All so strange. On the other hand, her kind were pretty reclusive, rarely wandering out to make mischief if at all.

Asher chuckled and put the food down where he was told. "Shiny things huh?" He ushered the chicken away. "Sorry chicken, I need that for walking."

Mitchell watched the vixen warily. He wasn't particularly well versed on mythological creatures, most of what he dealt with were your standard vampires and werewolves and hauntings. Maybe the odd demon here and there. Weren't fox spirits Japanese? if so, she was a long way from home.

"Why are you here little fox?" He asked suspiciously.

The bird waddled off, jumping onto the couch it became one eith the pillows.

"yea, she has a nest behind the couch that I have to pick up all the junk she collected." Lola mused, cutting open to last box to see what was in it as it wasnt labeled only to find it with herbal jars and random odd trinkets.

"Wandering." The fox said simply back, "And curiosity rises when I realize there are some idiots out there that honestly think that humankind would ever understand the... Supernatural, as they put it." She stretched, yawning to reveal her dainty pink tongue. "You're only going to get yourselves killed."

Mitchell nodded, taking a long drag of his cigarette. "they'll do more than get themselves killed, they'll drag everyone else down with em." He sighed. "The minute those morons decided to come out, they destroyed everything. All that careful balance, all the centuries of so carefully covering our tracks. And for what? So we can all wait to be hunted down by lunatics scared of monsters in the dark? "
He sounded extremely irritated.

Asher didn't quite seem to know what to do with himself now, he looked around. "Do you need a hand with anything?"

She paused and blinked, "Ih! Sorry I am used to living back home where you either were related to everyone who knew em." She explained sheepishly, "It feels...awkward here. But hey at least I safely drink the water here."

"Water? Where were you from?!" Asher asked, a little alarmed by the idea of places in the states not having safe drinking water. What the heck?
"you get used to the weirdness. The English are not overly friendly, so if they scowl at you on the tube, it's because of the unwritten no speaking to strangers rule." He chuckled. "Also be wary of the placenames, very few are at all intuitive in their pronunciation."

She nodded, "I was raised on the Navajo rez, water there isnt... Yea bottle is safest in all honesty." She explained. "Yea grandma been schooling me but I honestly dont care." She chuckled, "As long as they dont get verbal attack with all the anti immigration crap I should be fine." She grinned.

"you aren't european, you should be fine. " Asher shrugged. "And London's fairly tolerant. Just avoid the north, they're assholes." He joked.

She chuckled, "I am quarter though... and yea awkwardly ran into a pride parade first day here." She blushed sheepishly scratching the back of her head.

Asher laughed. "Pride's great fun. I work nights so I usually miss the parade but we get a lot of the people in at night. I work in a bar, it gets quite uh... interesting." He smiled. "you sound like you have an interesting ancestry."

"Yea, really confusing when it comes to family get together, and high tension." She mused, "And oh I am not against gay rights, not some crazy american christian just when you havent slept in 24 hours the sudden blast of glitter in the face does make you jumpy." She said realizing the rap americans have on the subject.

Asher snickered. "I can see that being a little overwhelming. " He looked sympathetic at her mention of family get togethers. "Ahh yes, I know that tension all too well. Well, in my case it's more complicated but.. family gatherings are hard enough at the best of times I believe, without added complicating factors."

"Eh with everything going on in the US it doesnt help the subject, but at least here people dont question as much...or you have to risk your aunt getting egged for dressing how she feel like she should be dressed." She sighed, "Sorry, too much personal info at oncd my bad."

Asher didn't really seem to follow all of that, but he nodded politely. "It is fine, I don't mind."

"Your thoughts on muslims then?" She asked, making soem tea, "want some?"

He raised both hands. "politics already?" He laughed. "Are you sure that's wise?" He shook his head at the tea. "no, thank you. " He looked a little awkward now, much as he wasn't shy about his political leanings, he didn't much want to get into a fight with his new neighbour.

She laughed, "It more along the lines of not in the mood for dirty looks from the first friendly neighbor here when family comes." She took a sip of her cup. "Sorry..I am social awkward."

He shook his head "nah, the neighbours here are all nice. Mostly keep to themselves. Mrs Stevens in number 8 will talk your ear off if you let her, and Mrs Raj will try to force you to accept food." He laughed.

"Hey can't be upset with free food, speciall if you can't cook." She snickered, "Ramen noodle packs, the food of life."

Asher looked disgusted. "Yes, i'm certain between the two of us we can make sure you have a balanced ramen free diet."

"Hey, toss in some eggs and green onion it great." She grinned, finding his reaction amusing, "I shouldn't show you my full stash of ramen and spam should I if I dont want you to throw it out."

"I would never be so presumptuous as to touch someone else's food stash." He laughed. "But I will insist upon testing out my recipes on you."

"Deal, if you need anything herbal related let me know onlything I cant mess up." She chuckled.

Asher considered that. "You know, you may be able to help me with something... " He nodded, yeah, having someone who knew about new age crap might be useful. "What's your supernatural and folk lore knowledge like?"

"Uhm...very endepth, why?" She asked looking at him, "My store has alot of info too."

"I do a web series talking about folk lore and supernatural things, debunking myths, clearing up things. but some of this stuff is really hard to test without specialist equipment or supplies. "
