General Description:
Bipedal carbon-based lifeforms, having two arms equipped with five-fingered hands. Skin color in various warm hues, ranging in value from pale to dark. The most intelligent species native to the Sol system, surpassed only by mentally amplified parrots. The current population is estimated to have surpassed seventy billion. Have almost no magic, although some individuals have an intuition for detecting magic users. Are susceptible to disease, extreme temperatures, poor air quality, and blunt force trauma to the cranial region.
Humans, although technologically advanced and numerous enough to defend their own kind and be a massive force in the Milky Way Galaxy, are easily trained as individuals. This makes them a popular slave race in regions where their empire doesn’t reach, useful as pets, expendable workers, and other entertainment.

Place of Origin:
Humans originated on Terra, the third planet in the Sol system. They colonized the planets that could be terraformed in their system, then developed a solution to FTL travel, which made them the eight-hundred-fourth species recorded to do so without external assistance.
