Hair:  White with blue streaks, dreadlocked.
Eyes: Left - Pale blue, slitted like a cat. Right- robotic, comprised of various lenses. Glows red.
Limb Dexterity: Left, he hasn't got much fine dexterity in his robotic arm.

Detailed Physical Description:

Mourn is a distinctly feline looking humanoid biped. His features are broad, slightly flattened thanks to his Persian blood-line and his grubby white fur medium length across most of his body, his tail, cheeks and ears are far fluffier than the rest of him. He's styled a longer section of his facial fur into a sort of goatee beard.
His hair, if you can call it that, is cut to just below shoulder length, dreadlocked and tied back in a loose ponytail. Shorter strands are forever falling into his face, though Mourn doesn't seem to care or notice half the time. His hair is a greyish white colour and streaked with vivid blue dye. He seems to have tangled a load of computer cables into it, which he uses to link up to things via the connection ports in his skull.

His left eye is a pale blue, his right covered over by some sort of monogoggle. Behind the multiple, adjustable lenses is a faint red glow.

His right arm is completely cybernetic, grafted into the flesh at the shoulder and reinforced with multiple leather straps. The arm itself is made up of interlocking plates, allowing for the movement of each joint. Each plate covers a series of artificial muscles and tendons, as well as protecting the wiring and circuitry that keeps the whole thing working. The fingers of this robotic arm are forged into talons or claws, which Mourn keeps nice and sharp.

Several other mechanical implants are visible across Mourn's body. His left ear seems to house some sort of audio amplifier/receiver and several small metal plates surrounding his one good eye. He has a metal access plate in his head.

Mourn is short, but his arms and legs are a little too long proportionately, with large hands and feet, typical in an adolescent but unusual in one supposedly in his late teens to early 20s.

Typical Clothing/Equipment :Mourn dresses in an eclectic collection of scavenged clothing, bits of old uniforms, rough work shirts, overalls and boiler suits.
A lot of his clothing is frayed, patched and utterly caked in grime.

Personality/Attitude:

Mourn is probably completely nuts. He's blunt, he's loud, he doesn't really seem to care that much about people. He's a bit of an anarchist, he likes prodding the hornet's nest to see what happens.

He never much talks about his past, if indeed he even remembers much of his life before joining his current crew. Some of his claims may not even be true.

It takes a lot to scare Mourn. There's very little anyone can do to really unsettle the boy. If nothing else, he seems somewhat numbed to the world around him. He's never known real affection, never had a normal childhood. He's pretty broken. He doesn't know how to deal with other people's emotions either, they just baffle him and make him uncomfortable.

He's somewhat of an adrenaline junkie, getting a strange kick out of close escapes and the like. At times he's been known to take unnecessary risks just for the thrill of it. Perhaps this is a way of release for him, the only way he feels he can really feel anything.

His moral compass is rather skewed, no doubt thanks to his upbringing.
He fights dirty and has absolutely no reservations about killing people.
He'll lie and he'll cheat, he'll even kick people aside to make an escape and never feel the slightest ounce of guilt about it.
It's not that he doesn't consider other people, he just cares about himself more.

There's no denying the boy's intelligence; the science used to augment his body also augmented his mind. Mourn is quick witted, observant, street smart and can pick up skills remarkably fast if he puts his mind to it. Problem is, he doesn't often see the point in learning anything that won't immediately benefit himself or his companions. He's never been one to think in the long term; Mourn lives in the moment and that could very well be his downfall. He may be smart, but that doesn't mean he's got any real wisdom. He has a degree of immaturity about him, seeming younger than he really is.

Skills/Talents:-

- Swordsmanship

- Marksmanship – Mourn knows his way around a number of different firearms.

- Hand to hand combat – Mourn's metal claws make him a devastating opponent in hand to hand combat, coupled with the remarkable crushing power of his grip, he's not someone you ever want to get close enough to grab you.

- Acrobatics - Mourn has a great deal of dexterity, he is a cat after all, which comes in useful during fights.

- Mechanics - Mourn seems to have an intrinsic understanding of machines, no doubt thanks to being partially machine himself. His mechanical skills have come about through the necessity of maintaining his own body more than anything else. He's good at fixing things, though he probably couldn't build anything from scratch.

- Hacking - Along with mechanics, Mourn also has a knack for "talking" to machines. He has at some point uploaded various useful programs into his own head, including code cracking software. He's good at cracking safes and electronic lock boxes. He can also plug into and override security systems, but he has to be able to directly plug into anything he's trying to mess with.

- Thieving skills – Mourn can pick locks, pick pockets and lie remarkably convincingly, though his trouble speaking does rather limit his ability to fast talk others. He's never the face of the con, he'll be the one in the background laying the trap.

Strengths:

Optical Implant and neurological augmentation:

This eye grants Mourn access to several useful filters. As well as increased field of vision and magnification, he can also adjust the lenses to give himself something much like heat vision or night vision in one eye. The optical implant also acts as some sort of recorder, relaying information back to his cybernetically enhanced brain and storing it as raw data. Naturally, this gives Mourn a remarkable memory and fantastic recall, provided, of course, that he hasn't subconsciously encrypted and suppressed the information.

Cybernetic Arm:

Mourn's arm has remarkable strength, but being grafted into organic tissue limits the true potential of the limb. Mourn can't lift with any more strength than a normal person, or risk tearing the implant from the socket. The flesh and muscle will give out a lot sooner than the metal will, and besides, it hurts to lift anything too heavy as things start to pull on the shoulder joint.
Despite this, Mourn's arm does have it's uses. He has a vice like grip and can literally lock his fingers in place, which is useful when trying to keep a hold of something.
Unfortunately, being mechanical, Mourn has no tactile sensation in that arm, which of course means he has to be very careful about how hard he grips things and does limit his dexterity. No matter how fine-tuned the machinery is, it's never going to compare to the organic counterpart. As a result, Mourn uses his left hand for pretty much everything.

Weaknesses:

Deaf – Mourn was not born deaf, he lost his hearing as an unfortunate side effect of one of the many surgical procedures he endured as a child. No amount of subsequent procedures could restore the damage, but Mourn doesn't seem to care too much. He's become used to a silent world.
His speech seems to be more typical of someone born deaf. He never had the social interaction or encouragement a normal child would have, leaving him socially stunted as a result. He had already lost his hearing well before he began to learn to speak with any degree of clarity.

Of course, being deaf does put Mourn at a disadvantage in a lot of situations. He can't react to instructions from someone he can't see, which in the chaos of a fight isn't the best situation to be in. He has to focus most, if not all of his attention on the person speaking, so he cannot multitask.

- Wanted criminal – Mourn's a smuggler and pirate, he murders, robs and steals stuff for a living. Naturally, that means there's a fairly large bounty on the heads of his entire crew, and indeed any pirates operating in the region.

Fears: Not a heck of a lot actually, Mourn doesn't seem to be able to feel the same level of healthy fear and trepidation normal people have. His only real concern is reaping the profit at the end.

Hobbies/Interests:

Mechanics, he finds certain comfort in fixing things.
Combat training - Practicing with a sword or just a punching bag is great stress relief and a good distraction.

Philosophy of Life: You can't take it with you when you go.

Attitude Toward Death: Death just isn't profitable.

Religion/Beliefs: Religion is for suckers.

Fetishes/Strange Behaviors: Because he's deaf and has zero social grace, he has a tendency to stare at people while they're speaking, and staring a little bit too intently. He isn't very good at multitasking either, and can easily become completely absorbed in what he's doing to the extent he won't even acknowledge other people.

Most Instructive/Painful/Memorable Experience: He's rather not think about them, so they're safely encrypted and locked away.

Sexual Preference/Experience/Values: Asexual. Mourn was thrown to puberty artificially early (at around eight) which stunted his growth substantially, it also had an impact on his sex drive. That is, he doesn't have one. His hormones are all over the place and honestly the idea of sex not only doesn't appeal, it makes him feel a little sick.

Education/Special Training: Mourn has never had much of a formal education; he's never had the opportunity or need for such things. He's literate but only because his Captain seemed to think it was important. Most of Mourn's "education" has been in the form of practical application. He's been taught only to do things that are directly useful: how to fight, how to repair the ship, that sort of thing.  His numeracy is limited; he doesn't need to be able to do complex arithmetic, all he really needs is to be able to count his own cut of the profit.

Work-related Skills: Subterfuge and general skulduggery.
