Asher
Owner: Mirror Kay, who is just as horrible to him as he is to everyone else
Still has three laws, however the first and second Laws are reversed. Obey owner, THEN do no harm.
Can feel physical sensations. Both the good and the bad ones. Possibly uses sex slaves, definitely has been beaten by more then one of his previous owners.
Really, really interested in finding out how prime Asher and James escaped the three laws. He desperately wants to get revenge for everything that's been done to him.
Hates mirror Kay for being horrible to him, and will probably take out his anger and helplessness on prime Kay. Heh.
Not especially interested in saving his people, but he'd like to save himself, and maybe get his people to serve him and subjugate the Terrans.

Ellie
Crazy cultist - knows how to use her plant magic, unlike prime Ellie
Terran
Mirror Asher hates her for being Terran and would murder her if he was allowed to.
Prisoner/slave on vestia

Vestia
Is enslaved, modified so she can’t control her interior environment
Has a shock collar, which she fears and has worn all her life.
Is forced to grow a ton of new slave cells constantly, so she's more deformed than prime vestia
Is one of many slave transport ships that roam the galaxy

Androids:
Like normal universe androids, they obey only their owner’s orders.
First Law: Obey
Second Law: Do no harm (to actual people. Slaves and foreign empires don't matter in this universe)
Third Law: Self preservation
Badges are not a thing.
Androids are considered to be a sort of second class citizen, bound to obey their owners completely and not hurt people, but able to be just as nasty to slaves as everyone else is.
Can feel physical sensations, both good and bad ones. Mostly bad ones.
Are often used as bodyguards because they can be ordered to defend their masters.

Terran Empire:
Probably 80% nastier than usual. ALL the slaves. ALL conquests. REALLY messed up robots.

Humans:
Jerks. Probably way worse because Star Trek was never a thing here.

Tala/James/Bianca:
Probably not here
James is an assassin disguised as a sex bot
Tala is a learned librarian on her homeworld
Bianca lives in a sewer and is three feet tall because the toxins on Terra mutated her

Mooks:
Nadira Steel-Hoof: Minotaur female. Evaluates slaves, handles sales agreements.

Reuben Jones: Terran male. Senior foot soldier.

Cadence: Terran-Star Dragon foot soldier.

Kay:
Lunatic "doctor". "Reprograms" slaves surgically, runs a bit of a chop shop too.
Can speak
Isn't a werewolf
No amulet. Raised by Shifters so can transform and hold a form without help.
Probably totally freaking insane.

Esk:
Grew up in foster care.
Can heal with a touch at the expense of his own energy.
Was happy till his half brother showed up and kidnapped him.
A slave, used to heal patients after Kay has his "fun" carving them up..

The Imperium:
Utopian, accepting, super nice.

Shifters:
Still around, war against them never happened. Help get refugees out of Terran space and into Imperium space or other friendly places.

Matt:
Never grew up with Kay and Esk.
Mother was "claimed" by his father, a prince.
She eventually escaped his abuse and took the kids, fleeing to the Imperium.
Father became Lord and tracked her down. Killed her when the kids were about 12.
The kids defended themselves. Resulting elemental fight ends up destroying most of the village and killing hundreds of people.
Web becomes Lord having murdered his own father. Runs it as a dictatorship with the Elders under house arrest and the Kevali toiling in mines till they drop dead from exhaustion.
Matt has become a slaver.
Works with Kay, but they'd never met prior to joining Vestia's crew.

Mourn:
Supersoldier and part of security on Vestia?
Was created by the Felid, end result of their testing on the Canid before upgrading their own people.
Had much higher tech and better done implants. Probably isn't deaf or brain damaged, just really really mean.
Normal height too.

Armin:
Transports organs and other illicit goods.

The Vavare:
Profit driven unscrupulous criminals. Run casinos, brothels, fetish clubs and drug dens. Berit and Trygve run a brothel that probably has a lot of slaves and androids working it.

Luka/Swarm:
Elsewhere

The canid: Mostly wiped out by the Felid and other races. Super docile and nice, remaining have been primarily enslaved.

Hytar: Rougish hero who's apathetic toward slavery (hey as long as it's not me) and doesn't even know he has a son. Doesn't really care anyway.

Lycanthropy: Not designed to wipe out shifters, not epidemic within the Imperium. Probably still exists, but someone else made it and weaponised it.

Vestia
- 100 floors
- 10 floors used for maintenance / storage / staff quarters / hydroponics
- 90 floors used for slaves: 500 slaves per floor max. Includes exercise and washing facilities so the slaves don't get more gross than usual. Feeding is handled by automated systems, slave health is mostly monitored by Vestia. The crew generally only take part in taking slaves out of their cells for selling, exercising, or washing. Or experiments.

Max capacity:
45,000 slaves, 300 crew. Currently outbound to pick up more, so she's only carrying about two thousand slaves.

Notes:
- Probably smells kinda gross inside
- Looks deformed on the outside from growing new rooms too fast
- Her collar is too small and looks like it might be cutting into her a bit
- Heavily equipped with antimagic systems

Starr: Her parents are still alive, so she is only a princess. She only 'helps' people for gain, though her help is exactly what is asked for. (Be careful what you wish for) Those she doesn't want to help or who say anything bad about her she either uses for her experiments or gives to Kay.

Star dragons in this realm are trying to take over the galaxy, ending space flight capability for any that are not friends or star dragons. They believe that since they can naturally survive the stars, they are the only ones that should be free to move among them.

Shane: He is an officer over the foot soldiers after working his way up to that rank through simple survival. Half-breeds like him only get to his rank, never higher since they are sent to die instead of the pure bloods. If the queen or any royalty do not like another pure breed, that one is sent to the 'breeders' to make more soldiers for them

Dawn: (may come in later, but is not here for now)

Rigel: Used to be a freedom fighter and a law keeper, but after being captured and tortured has become a slaver and salvage dealer. He has no ties to the rest of his family and wouldn't know them even if they met

Skye: Magic is prevalent in this universe and Skye was taught alongside her peers to harness and use it.

Moone: In this world, she is one of the Artuvans that does not have magic and cannot be affected by it. She is in a cell for experimentation.

Sonata and John: Depending on the nature of the Terran Empire, either treated as higher beings for their agelessness or being hunted by the Empire for Experimentation. Not present on Vestia.

Lilian and the kids: ???; Not present on Vestia.

Saraphine: The mirrorverse bears a rather similar history of slavery for her people, but it is a more diverse trade across the galaxy as they are revered for their excellent housekeeping skills, but are known it be a tad more vicious if left "untrained." A considered "housemaid," on the Vestia ship and rather cynical.

Quinn and Third: Quinn having found Vestia through interest and enjoys watching the torture chambers like she had watching skinned-alive squirrels as a child. Third is still a prisoner to their own mind, but meeker and not manic, rather friendly and oftentimes tries to help the slaves escape without being noticed.

Matthew Alistair, Claudia and Ironscale: Grew up free and took the position of a Captain of freedom fighter ship, alongside a less enthused Ironscale and and questionable Claudia, but is also a well-known merchant. Still the man who knows everybody.

Merith and Vanessa: ???; Depending on the events, their presence may or may not be put into play.

Inari and the Creator of the Techno Magi: Though separate from the Family, still considered aides to fighting the slaver group the Guild.

The Guild and the Family: Still at war, but the sides have been reversed -- The Family has stayed true to their old ways while the Guild has developed a greed for power.

Doctor Heinz - Enslaved surgeon, tries to fix what Kay breaks. Has a "quota" which stops him just euthanizing them all out of sympathy, probably subjected to rather a lot of pain and threats from Kay and Asher to keep him in line. Those too badly hurt for Esk's magic to fix go to this guy.

Luka Falk and Eckhardt Kramer - Two commercial pilots turned freedom fighters. Were smuggling people over the border into Imperium space. Now captured. Being used in experiments.
