Kay glanced at his brother, then back to Heny. He remained silent, there was no "voice" in her head, it was more like remembering someone had spoken without ever actually hearing the words.

"What is the situation and what became of the previous medic?"

Matt looked at the others. "Anyone else starving? Can we eat? Please?"

Maybe you can find a use for all that energy." Kay smiled softly.
